I'm still experimenting with effects on Paint.NET, and also to clear it up, Riku managed to dodge part of it, however it still got part of his arm thats why its bleeding in the 4th panel. And now the news page doesn't overlap if that was the problem, well its fixed now.

Did you download the framework for it? You need to install the framework before actually installing Paint.NET.
